im 29 yr old and im a underweight im 5ft 5 inch tall and weigh abt 43 kg. me and my husband , v r thinking of extending the family. my q is for some one like me wats ur advise , wat kind of precaution i should take and and prior to consiveing how many months should i b taking Folvite Tablets?
