Losing weight via those means causes you to get sick. It lowers your basal body temperature, white blood cell count, and more while raising cortisol into the stratosphere. If you wanted to really be empowered, stop trying to lose weight and get on with enjoying your life instead of doing these insulting workout videos. That is extremely unhealthy.
