Melissa - I'm saddened by the loss that you and everyone who knew your friend Tom is dealing with right now. It's never ever easy to lose someone at such a young age, and for people like you and me who have cancer it's a reminder that our own lives are vulnerable. I feel I know you well enough though to say that you will find a way to remember and celebrate the joy Tom had from his travels and making the most of every minute, just as you will when you get on the plane and head to New Zealand next month. This time is all we have, and fortunately there are far more good moments than sad times. Take good care of yourself, Melissa. We are here for you if you need to talk. Pat
