Hi Kat,
As you said, eye twitching could be caused by stress, and there are many stress-relieving options for you: deep breathing, yoga, listening to soft music, exercising, eating healthy foods, drinking plenty of water, talking with friends, journaling, etc.
I am worried about your eye hurting as well as twitching. Are you in front of a computer screen often? You may want to talk with a doctor (does your school have a Student Health Center?), so s/he can medically evaluate your eye and rule out some medical conditions.
