Hi Lisa - Unfortunately I can imagine someone getting a wrong diagnosis - I've seen it happen far too many times. It sounds like you went through seven years of horrible experiences until you reached doctor number 38. It sometimes takes a very strong will and a lot of persistence to get the right physician and the right diagnosis, and not everyone can do this.
