I see that this is a post from 2010 but it perfectly describes the symptoms that I am experiencing. I have not yet had a chance to make an appointment to get this diagnosed because i am on vacation but I wonder if you could share with me what you discovered and any treatment that was impactful to relieve the problem. I will be returning to my home town in about five days, but I am anxious to understand what is going on. Thanks for any info you can share. Gail
