Yes, we do have all those facilities. such as, doctors, monitoring the childs growth etc. In south India we are very emotional and strongly believe that mother gets her second birth after delivery of the child especially the first child. Though we have all the facilities and ultra featured hospitality there are more rate of delivery through surgery than normal delivery. It might be because we are afraid of the pain and situation.
