I am 48 years young, I have not had a menstrual cycle since around the age of 43 and hot flashes since the age of 35. Over the last 2 years I have lost most if not all my sexual urges. Recently, I noticed this not so fresh smell from my vaginal regions.. I shower at night and in the morning because of my nightly flashes. I eat breakfast I flash. I drink fluids I flash. I am simply a hot flash waiting to happen. I cannot use the vaginal suppositories because they irritate me to no end. I very much unhappy about my current state, but I am afraid to take the HRT's... My most recent significant other was in October 2014... Probably that's a good thing because sex had become more than unco it was painful to be honest. There has to be some remedy to all of these ailments. As recent as September 2014, I had to have a silver nitrate treatment because of the vaginal bleeding during intercourse.... I used to quite enjoy intimacy very much
