I'm on my period right now and just got blasted with painful cramps. I have know idea what to do because I'm 14 and heating pads and pills don't work cause they take to long. When I have a heating pad it only takes the pain off a little. I'm not sure if I should ask my mom about taking birth control, but the pain keeps getting worse and is bringing me to tears and I'm running out of options on what to do. Anybody have any suggestions?
