I know what you guys mean! I would recommend trying feminax, it works so well and really fast! You can also get the re-usable hand warmers which you can just fit in you tights or whatever you are wearing, instead of a hot water bottle as it's more discreet. Deep breathing can help when you are in lessons, also gently massaging your back or tummy relieves the pain. That's all I've got but I hope it can help you.
