Hey sweetie, sorry to hear about your pain. I first began experiencing my severe cramps at your age, and although I'd like to tell you they get better with age, they really don't. It's been eight years, and I'm currently at the same point I was almost a decade ago. My suggestion is to see your doctor IMMEDIATELY. I know at your age it can be super embarrassing to talk to anyone, especially a doctor, about this, but pain this severe can be a sign of something more dangerous. Don't be alarmed- remember that the key to getting through this is to have a support system and to learn to relax. I'd suggest taking up meditation, in addition to 3 or 4 Ibuprofin pills and a heating pad at the second to highest setting possible. Even though you may want to be alone through this, it's vital to have people around letting you know that you're absolutely not alone, and this is something that you just have to go through. You also might want to have a sit-down with your school nurses and your parents, and let them know that until something can be done about this, you'll need certain allowances at school during your period. Once your period is regular, work out a schedule with them for you to come down and medicate first thing in the morning and halfway through the day. They will inform your teachers that you may need to be excused at any point, and will have a heating pad on hand for you if you need it. And always remember- this is key, really- to start taking your pills the DAY BEFORE your cycle is set to start. Ibuprofin is a blood thinner, and it will ensure that you're flushed out and prepped by the time your cycle starts. Bear in mind that none of this means you should skip seeing your doctor: that should come first, and so should any advice that they give you.
