Try walking around your house, keeping you legs elevated, sit-ups, go for a jog, eat bananas , try an energy drink (Not the ones loaded with sugars like the Monsters) , warm up a blanket or towel in the dryer and then curl up in it, apply pressure to wherever your cramps are located for 10 seconds - repeat until the pain goes away, take a hot bath (Warmer than usually) , distract yourself by singing a song or by drawing a picture, crying also usually helps alot. You could of course take some pain killers, Tylenol, advil, alieve, anything that is for menstrual cramps. Hope this helps!
