There really isn't such a thing as implantation "cramping". Some women feel a slight uncomfortable feeling in mid-cycle when they ovulate, but this is also not "cramping" or back pain as you describe.
Early pregnancy symptoms do not really begin until much later in the pregnancy (after you have already missed your period, and would have confirmed a pregnancy with a home pregnancy test), so your headaches, fatigue and back pain are caused by something else. Do you know what this could be? Are you sleeping and eating well? Do you have excess stress? Are you well hydrated and exercising?
Also, you did not mention why you are worried about a pregnancy--did you have unprotected sex recently (since your last menstrual period)?
