I am very sorry you are faced with this situation. However, Chlamydia is treatable and will have a cure with treatment. All "what if's" aside, at this point it is important for you to tell your current boyfriend just as it is. No story, no debating-- just sit with him and tell him the facts. If you truly feel as though he may have gone outside the relationship and given you the Chlamydia, then ask. Remember that if you did not have it with your ex an you have only been with one guy after then that narrows it down to the culprit.
Again, this is a tough topic to discuss with your significant other but it needs to be approached in a timely fashion--I am glad you are being treated for it.
