Noone on God's Green Earth needs drugs to deal with common ailments like jet lag. That trick with the amber glasses looks pretty good. Here's another one using acupressure: Look up Heart Point 8 on the web; it is on the palmar surface, between the 4th and 5th metacarpal bones, between the heart line and life line on both palms. Stimulating this point combats jet lag. Squeeze and pulsate this point between thumb and fore fingers as you cross time zones for about 5 minutes - also used traditionally for calming the spirit and regulating the heart.
