Thanks for updating us, and I'm glad to hear that you found a solution.

I also tried a raw food diet for a while (before I got pregnant), and found some of it useful, and other times it was not. I read a few books on the Raw Food lifestyle, and was pleased to read that there are different forms of this lifestyle, and that you do not need to be 100% raw in order to gain the benefits. Of course, there are those who will advocate saying that it's "100% or nothing", but I can't think of anything in my life that I do 100% of the time, 100% by-the-book. I felt great with a raw food lifestyle of about 80%, so I'm happy to hear that you are listening to your body.

Keep us updated, and let us know what new information you find about the raw food lifestyle. I'm really curious how easy it is to sustain in the "real world", but I did like knowing, especially during the summer, that we just were not going to cook, and we ate a lot more fresh produce that was in season, and it felt like dinner time was less hectic.
