Great ideas, Susan. I am a boredom eater! Between working at home and running around doing errands, most of my eating seems like it's to pass the time or fill in the gaps between other things I need to do.

Sometimes I just go for a bowl of cereal. It's satisfying, it'll fill me up, I can count on getting at least a certain amount of nutrition from it and the millk, and eating it tends to stop my "noshing" around on other things. The Special K with chocolaty bits is a big favorite for a late afternoon or even an evening snack. (You've seen the girl in the commercial who could be good all day and then blow her whole diet at night? That's me!)
