I have tried every Antidepressant there is and none of them worked for me.
Then about three years ago I started of Deplin and LOVE it! I will tell you that they say it can take up to 10 weeks to tell the difference, and that is how long it took to work for me, but it was worth the wait! I would like you to know that I did the Deplin first then after 3 months changed to L-Methofolate, I prefer the Deplin, I could tell the difference, and the generic for did not irk as well for me. I recently had blood work done for all of my vitamin levels and my Folic level even on Deplin was barely at the Normal level, so now I take 2 , and feel even BETTER!
I suggest anyone who has depression try this first,It has so many benefits.
