I know it's been several years since you posted this. My mother who is 69 has congenital cataracts in both eyes since birth and is scheduled for surgery on 10/14. The Dr. didn't seem very confident but my Mother's eyes are to the point of being declared legally blind but the Dr wants to try on her worst eye first. Did you have surgery and how did it go? Thanks
