if you took a urine test and it came back negative, I would assume you are not pregnant. There could be many different reasons why you are late and you period has become "irregular" for you. I would suggest to relax and wait for your pap that is scheduled within a few days. When you go for your visit, let your doctor know what your concerns are and ask questions if you have any.
