I've just been diagnosed after 13 years of thinking I was just gross and feeling dirty - which I couldn't have been when I showered up to 3 times a day.
I saw a specialist who has prescribed me Oratane AND E-Mycin. I've not heard good things about HS and oratane/accutane/roaccutane so I'm basically trawling the net trying to decide what the best option is for me. Good to hear 1 point of positive feedback on the oratane, makes me a little less worried, also the comments on the e-mycin, glad to hear they have a positive effect even if only for a few. Also I've been so worried about the oratane I didn't know e-mycin had serious side effects so thank you to that poster, I'll have to start researching that too.
