This is good advice. I think the boils are caused by toxins in your body- a way for your body to get them out- and hormone-related. So you have to look at what you are putting in and on your body - from cleansers, lotions, laundry soap, artificial sweeteners, gluten, sugar etc. Get back to the basics for a while. Homemade or nonpetroleum based detergents, sulfate free shampoos and soaps, little to no processed foods, etc. Something about Topamax when i was on it for migraines made me have the worst flareups EVER! Going gluten free seems to be affecting my whole body and definitely less instances. (recommend the Wheat Belly book to give you reasons to make this change.) I think yeast reduction diets and probiotics are helpful too. You have to get real and look at everything that is coming in contact with your body.
