My article was about anti abortion billboards being placed by anti choice groups in black communities. It was not about the history of Planned Parnethood, which incidentally, is a fine organization.
However since you are discussing this organization, let me say that according to the latest annual report, the 850 Planned Parenthood health centers delivered 11 million various services to 3 million people over a period of 12 months. Its fees are on a sliding scale. I will quote from a letter I received from Planned Parenthood, "For more than 90 years, Planned Parenthhood Federation has worked to improve women's health, prevent unintended pregnancies, and advance the right of women to make their own informed and responsible choices."
