I to have just been experiencing the same thing...only different is it's on my left bum cheek. I thought I was crazy at first but it continues to happen. Decided to Google it on the off chance I wasn't the only person experiencing this.
Thank you for your post...it's given me the courage to talk with my doctor about .
Have you gotten any more information from your doctor?
