I get these burns in butt too and unless your doctor knows about or how to treat Sjogrens ...see a Sjogrens specialist. It's more of a pest and than fear of what it is. Go to You Tube Dr. MIchael Johnson on Sjogrens. He has the disease. It's very educational. I know I have Sjogrens. I diagnosed myself by going to google. Regular doctors don't know.
