I'm back again! Almost a month without takina Amberen & NO symptoms have returned!! I feel great & can hardly believe it. All those years I felt horrible & they are gone. I'm now in Fiji and it is HOT but I haven't had a hot flash since I've been here. It's so cool! Amazing really. Read about my experiences if you've got the chance.
