When I press my stomach, I feel a heartbeat too. That's normal. That's your pulse. Your heart beats and sends blood pulsing throughout your body every minute, so you can feel your pulse in many places.
Even if you were pregnant, there's no way you could feel something like that this early. And while queasiness is a pregnancy symptom, it's still a bit early for that. Our minds play tricks on us when we are worried about something like this, and we sort of get all hyper and monitor Every Little Thing we feel that we ordinarily wouldn't pay any attention to. Yes, you are just feeling normal things that you usually wouldn't even notice. You know how one day you wear yellow to school and that day it seems like everyone wore yellow to school? It's like that. It's not that there's really more yellow. It's that you're noticing it differently that day.

Does that make sense? Does that help?
