Hi Anonymous-

This is not a simple answer, because many exercises you do for your thighs are going to affect the appearance of your butt as well. Some of those muscles connect to both areas.

I know you said you are short on time, but I suggest a session with a certified personal trainer. They are pretty easy to find now, and just one session will give you exercises to target the areas you want. You can then do those exercises at home. The benefit of a personal trainer teaching you the exercise means you will learn to do it properly to avoid injury and target the area you want to target. Most trainers book an hour, and in that hour you can learn what you need to learn to take it home.
