I am 18 and I had this issue quite often, still do. So I went to my Doctor and it turned out I had a cyst on my ovary. Apparently is is unique for someone under 30 to get them, but it happens. It is worth visiting the doctor to check because is it is a certain size it could have a bad effect on your ovaries.
