Hi Sofi

First I will say the odds of you becoming pregnant in this way are low. The sperm has to get into your vagina, and it doesn't sound like that happened.

You wrote a couple of months ago with a similar question. So your period has been a little off before, which is totally normal, but the point I want to make is rather than keep scaring yourself with this close encounters, perhaps you should consider using birth control. Then you won't be so worried about being pregnant all the time.

As far as the PMS symptoms, these can change. Your hormones change over the course of your life; stress affects them, diet, sleep, just about everything can affect your hormone levels and hormones are what give you those symptoms.

If you haven't yet, I suggest you see a health care provider for a pelvic exam to make sure everything is healthy, and a discussion of your goals and a frank discussion about sex and birth control. If you take control of your sex life, you won't keep ending up in a scare like this. Decide how you want your sex life to be, whether that is having sex, abstinence, only going to a certain point, whatever you feel okay with, and then talk to your health care provider so you are prepared.

Good luck to you.
