Thank you for your post. I am sorry you're experiencing bleeding but if you recently lost your virginity, some girls will bleed more than just the first time.
The other possibilities are: an oncoming period or rough foreplay. When your boyfriend had his fingers inside you, he may have unintentionally hurt you and therefore caused bleeding. Is the bleeding you experienced brown or bright red? Was it a lot or some spotting?
If it was brown, that could just be pooled old blood that was released when your boyfriends fingers were inside you-- and it would explain a lot. Bright red blood is more like period-like blood or bleeding caused by trauma.
