I have IBS problem since 8 years, Doctor prescription Librax tablet which effecting gastro -intestinal or genitourinary tract when trigered or compounded by anxiety or tension.
I avoid so many thing like Junk Food, soft drinks, chili ....
The problem is my abdomen, i have too much gas, recently i went to doctor i explain to him my problem
& he asked me to do endoscopy but i refused cause i worry .
I want to know if there is any blood test which can find food cause for me flatus < i cannot go with people
feel embarrassing
i think potassium helping with IBS, cause i feel comfort which reduce bloating
