I had my uterus taken take out a little shy of six month ago, I now believe (as I'm writing this) that I too now have underactive thyroid, my temp is low, low energy and quite a few of the other symptoms. I have my ovaries but this is still happening. I now weight 171 a good 20 pounds more than after I had the surgery (took out huge fibroids too) the 171 is more than I've EVER weighed in my life. Wish docs cared about womens health, all these years and no one has done long term studies about what happens after these types of surgeries
