You can not get pregnant from giving oral sex. You can get sexually transmitted diseases that way, though, and unless your boyfriend has been tested, there is no real way to know if he is carrying an STD such as HPV or genital warts.
It is a little alarming that you are having any kind of sex when you do not know what causes pregnancy or disease. I strongly suggest you go to your nearest Planned Parenthood or other clinic and be tested for STDs and receive some health education. The more you know, the safer you will be and you can take control of your own sex life if you understand how things work. I suggest Planned Parenthood because they will see you for free or cheap depending on your income, they can examine you to be sure you are healthy, they can give you all the education you need, and they are very nice and non-judgmental about it.
