I can see why you are a little worried, since you are on about Day 41 of your cycle. This can be completely normal, but you do have a chance of pregnancy with unprotected sex.
Depending on when in your cycle you had unprotected sex, if it has been less than 2 weeks ago, then a pregnancy test may not detect the pregnancy hormones yet. If your period still does not begin in 7 days, it would be wise to take another home pregnancy test and/or to call your doctor.
Sorry to tell you that the only option is to wait...I know it's easier said than done. Would you like information on birth control options, so that you don't have to deal with the stress of worrying/waiting next time? We're happy to help, as many of us have "been there" and I know it's emotionally exhausting to wait another week.
