Susan is absolutely right, and I definitely agree - take a pregnancy test just to be safe. Pulling out during sex results in pregnancy 30% of the time.
However, there are many MANY other reasons why your girlfriend might not have gotten her period - changes in diet, extra stress or anxiety, other underlying conditions, etc. If you rule out pregnancy with a test, (which should be taken at least 10 days after the first missed period to ensure accuracy) think about some of these other factors.
Remember, that what you put into your body affects what is coming out: a balanced, nutritious diet, enough sleep, and attention to other lifestyle factors are all important to maintaining a natural menstrual cycle.
