The only side effect so far is fatigue. Although I was already physically fatigued now I am also mentally tired. The doctor said she wanted to calm down my symptoms until my appointment on June 3 with the cardiologist, I was having palpitations, chest pain, fatigue daily. My arms were going numb occasionally and I was having near fainting episodes. I have not had a near fainting episode since being on the meds. I am still having a few palpitations a day and chest pains, but nothing like it was. so it has helped. I feel better about being on the medication now. I was a little frightened at first, not knowing what to expect.
