I'm not sure what your diagnosis is, or why you have pain. This would be very important to help you with strategies to control pain. Treatments for say, nerve pain, vary greatly from treatments for broken arm pain. So if you could give a little more detail as to what the pain is from and what medications you are already using, I'm sure I can help you with some resources and advice.
