it affects males they same as women and children. whoever informed you that only women and children suffer from PR is spreading false information and is offensive to women. I am a 38 y/o male and have had PR on and off for about 4 years now. I get rid of it and then next summer It just keeps coming back. My parents have an old medical book from the 60's that list PR as hereditary and not contagious. Hereditary. I hadn't ever heard of it until I got it in my mid 30's and I feel for everyone with PR. It sux.
