I have had PR for 2 weeks now and am not sure what stage I am at. The raised bumps have flattened and spread slighlty, leaving red dry patches all over. Is this the usual stage progression?
Sunbeds and head and shoulders tend to make me look worse straight away but by the next day have helped ! Also has anyone else noticed a slight swelling of their lymph nodes?
