I am also suffering with PR. It's only started about 7 days ago and went to the doctors straight away as it was very itchy and uncomfortable. The doctors advised it was just heat rash, and it would clear the next day. I went back for a second opinion and luckily the Dr I saw was a skin specialist, who advise straight away it is PR. She had given me a prescription of hydrocortisone 1% cream and a oil bath/wash. It's now spreading to my neck and face, with few spots on my thigh. My arms, back and torso is where it is really affecting. I have been using coconut oil to try and keep my skin hydrated, but have been researching and see a lot of people have used tanning beds. Would anyone on here recommend this? I'm worried it will make it worse as when I get hot, my skin seems to be more irritable. Any info would be helpful. Thanks x.
