Help!! I was diagnosed with ringworm 4 weeks ago. It started as a large herald patch on the back of my thigh and topical terbinafine (Lamasil) wasn't working hence why I went to the doctors as it started to spread. Just over 3 weeks into my oral terbinafine and the smaller patches are spreading. I went back to the doctors and he seemed very confident I had PR and to stop using anything as it wont work... its been around 7 weeks now and i'm still finding new patches. Mine is no where near as widespread as the pictures I've googled, I have about 30 patches and all but one are confined to my legs and arms so its not typical PR. But i'm still highly stressed with it, I don't want my boyfriend looking at me. Does anyone else have anything similar?
