I've had PR for over 4 months now, its still super itchy but the spots are no longer red just tiny raised bumps all over especially on my inner arms and torso. The worst was about 2 months after I got my herald patch (which was a perfect triangle at first and I thought it was pretty neat until I couldn't shower because it was too painful) in my last year of university with various other stressors I was heartbroken when the doctor told me it could last up to six months and there wasn't much I could do about it. This has been the worst 4 months for my self esteem. Luckily the light is at the end of the tunnel now, I'll be so relieved once it's all over. Good luck everyone <3
