Hi there i was told i had pr back in feb, i thought i had an allergic reaction to chlorine in the pool. it has been a battle. I think mine started cos my immune system was low. I suffered a pretty stressful year last year. I was told it could take up to 6 months to go. At present the pr is still with me but not so bad, i was told the herald patch was on my left shoulder blade by the nurse, my back still is my main source of irritation. I recently discovered aqueous cream made the rash worse, so i started using a cream my friend has for eczema called udderly smooth, so far no probs. I take anti his if skin is irritated. I am still getting the odd new spot, and my lower arm is irritated this evening, it is a miserable condition to have, the scars from the rash will take time to disappear, so hoping the summer months will help. It really makes you feel low, which i feel doesnt help. I have found this forum helpful and you dont feel so alone with reading other peoples articles. I think i will try the cider vinegar and coconut water. I just hope the rash will disappear completely soon. Thinking of you all xx
