Just here to tell my story. About 5 weeks ago, I went through a very stressful time. During everything I noticed a patch on my left breast about the size of a quarter. It didn't look weird or anything and I disregarded it as a dry skin patch. Within two weeks, I had various sized spots on my arms. Then they spread to my breast, then my stomach, thighs, back and sides. The herald patch was about the size of a silver dollar at this point. I originally thought it was ring worm so I treated it as such. I used tea tree oil, head and shoulders, coconut oil, apple cider vinegar, lotrimin and took garlic supplements. Nothing. My skin just got irritated and looked worse. I then went to the doctor where I was told it was a fungal infection and prescribed fluconazole, ketoconazole shampoo and ketoconazole cream. This made it even worse and it continued to spread. I was at my wits end and depressed. Thinking that this was a fungal infection that went rouge, I was afraid to touch my son, see my boyfriend, anything! I was bathing 4 times a day and my skin was starting to show burns! I sat down and did about an hour of research and learned that all the crap I was putting on my skin was just making my skin more irritated and causing me more stress and wasting my money. I was doing some research and ran across some posts about a supplement called L-Lyine. I ran to Dollar General desperate to find it. I figured that Dollar General probably had a watered down version but it would have to do until I could get the good stuff. I stopped applying most of that stuff on my and only used Defense soap to shower. I took 3,000 mg of the L-Lysine (6 pills) a day and drank loads of water. I started my new "regimen" on a Tuesday night. Guys, it is Thursday afternoon and I am itch free and I can see my natural pigment peeking through where the itchy spots were!!! I'm not 100% or even 50% yet but I have no more new itchy spots and my skin doesn't feel disgusting anymore. I have it worse on my breast and my color there is already returning. The only other thing I use is St. Ives Oatmeal lotion. That's it. My rash was still spreading the same night I bought the L-Lysine pills. Try them if you haven't. The ones I am taking were $3.00 from Dollar General. What do you have to lose??
