I've woken up with PR today. I assumed the 'Herald Patch' was a reaction to some perfume as it's on my neck but woke up with more spots this morning so it all makes sense now. This is my second time, the last time being 7 years ago now. It's not for everyone but I had a few minutes on a sunbed last time I had PR. The rash looked worse after but I woke up the next day and it had completely disappeared. I had the rash pretty bad last time but I only have a few small spots this time so I'll see how I get on, of it gets any worse I'll be going on the sunbed again!
