I sincerely think this may be a stress-induced rash. I was going through a very stressful time in our business when mine appeared, and from what i've read here (interviewing for grad schools, etc., it looks like a common reaction to a stressful internal environment. Can anyone else comment on this? I'm going to try the L-Lysine. I'm about 3 weeks in, getting worse before better, and I do see some spots on my face. Herald patch was size of a qtr, now about the size of a silver dollar. Most itchy and rash is worst under my breasts, but rash is all over chest, torso, neck (bad on neck), spreading to back and groin areas. I have 1-3 spots on each arm. Most itch is under breasts, herald patch, and back of neck (but it does help the itch on the back of my neck to put my hair up when @ home).
