It sounds like your outbreaks may be stress related.

Start taking prenatal vitamins - they're great for the immune system. They're good for all women actually, whether pregnant or not.
Sunlight should help and 15 mins a day is fine and healthy - it'll also bolster your vitamin D levels and your mood.
