It sounds to me like you might have more than one herald patch, which happens in some instances. The fact that the main one is beginning to fade is a good thing. Keep doing whatever it is you're doing! PR typically lasts between a set amount of time, and some people have been known to heal in as few as 6 weeks, so your time frame of healing is not out of the ordinary if that's truly the case (which it sounds like it is). The fading process as a whole means that you will eventually be all healed up without worry of additional patches or rash occurring. Since everyone's healing time is different, I would say just continue to let it play its course. From the sounds of it, you're healing and should fully begin the healing process once new ones stop appearing or the rate at which new ones appear doesn't outweigh the ones disappearing.
