I know this post is dated back to last year, but I thought it would be helpful to point out that I, like Alison, cannot find any credible information as far as D&C diminishing chances of conception in the future.
I have also had a miscarriage and opted to have the D&C due to the high risk of hemorrhaging if and when my body decided to expel the embryo. I now have two children.
Anon-- I just want to say that I know how hard it is, a loss is a loss no matter if it was at 4 weeks, 10 weeks, or 30 weeks. I hope you're doing well!
